A work account puts your organisation on BukNau. Colleagues join it, and bookings can be made for the people who are travelling rather than only for yourself. Admins see the whole organisation's travel; bookers can book on behalf of others; travellers see the trips they are on.

A quote is valid for 14 days. When it is approved, one tap rebuilds the cart and re-prices it — if anything has moved, you are told before you book.
Where an operator has agreed to bill your organisation monthly, you can book on a purchase order instead of paying per trip. The booking is held immediately and you receive a pro forma invoice; you then have 7 days to attach the PO. The operator verifies it and the booking is confirmed. Those bookings are gathered into one monthly invoice per operator.
Paying now but need a PO number on the paperwork? Add it at checkout — it appears on the invoice as a reference and changes nothing else.
