Can I get a quote for my manager before I book?

   Make a quote

   Put the trip in your cart, check out, and on the last step choose “Get a quote”.

   Send it for approval

   Your manager opens the link or the PDF. They don't need an account.

   Approved

   Open the quote in My Trips.

   Book it

   Tap “Make booking”. If a price has moved, you are told first.

1. 1Add the trip to your cart as if you were booking it.
2. 2Check out, and on the last step choose “Get a quote”, then “Create quote”. You get a shareable link and a PDF, and it is saved in My Trips.
3. 3Send it to whoever approves. They don't need an account to open it.
4. 4Once it's approved, open the quote in My Trips and tap “Make booking”.

A quote is priced exactly as checkout would price it, and it holds nothing: the rooms and seats are still on sale until you book. It is valid for 14 days. If a price or availability has moved by the time you book, you are told before anything is charged.
