- 1Add the trip to your cart as if you were booking it.
- 2Choose “Get a quote” instead of paying. You get a shareable link and a PDF.
- 3Send it to whoever approves. They don't need an account to open it.
- 4Once it's approved, open the quote in My Trips and tap “Make booking”.
A quote is priced exactly as checkout would price it, and it holds nothing: the rooms and seats are still on sale until you book. It is valid for 14 days. If a price or availability has moved by the time you book, you are told before anything is charged.
