Someone called me about a room. What do I send them?

When someone calls or messages, send them a link instead of taking the booking by hand.

  1. Customer: Hi, do you have a room this Friday? How much is it?
  2. You: Yes! Our rooms and prices are here, and you can book straight away:Your guesthouse on BukNau
  3. Customer: Booked for Friday, and I've sent the money.

  4. The booking is already in BukNau. You check your bank and tap Confirm. No writing it down, no back and forth.

  • On a phone a message is written for you. Pick WhatsApp, Messenger or text.
  • Their booking arrives in BukNau like any other.
