My Trips has two tabs: Upcoming and Past. Anything that still needs you — a transfer to make, a payment to confirm — sits in Upcoming with a chip saying what to do. Once a trip ends it moves to Past, where you can leave a review.
When you book several things for the same trip — a room, a transfer and a tour in the same town on overlapping dates — BukNau groups them into one trip card so you can see the whole journey together. Each booking inside it still has its own page, payment and invoice.
Every booking shows who runs it, and when you booked it for someone else, their name. A trip you booked only for other people is marked Booked for others. Your next trip is also on the home page: tap it to open My Trips at that trip.
- Open any booking to see the operator's bank details, your payment reference and the invoice.
- Download the invoice as a PDF from the booking page once the booking is confirmed.
- Message the operator from the booking page — before or after you pay.
