I've paid. Why does it still say Reserved?

1. You booked

   Your dates are held.

2. You paid

   You sent the money and tapped “I've paid”.

   The business checks their bankYou are here

   Transfers can take time to show. They have 2 days to find it, and your dates stay held.

   Confirmed

   They see your money, and you get an email straight away.

Good to know

If a booking says Cancelled, either you or the operator cancelled it. If money is owed back to you, the booking shows the refund and where it has got to.

There is no “waiting for the operator to accept” state. Operators do not accept or decline bookings — if a listing is bookable, your booking is real from the moment you make it. The only thing that changes Reserved to Confirmed is your payment landing.
